Southwest Cape Coral

Exclusive neighborhood with Yacht club & beach as well asTarpon Point Marina &
Cape Harbour. Fine shopping & dining places. Gulf access properties, mostly
newer homes and small exclusive gated communities.

Southeast Cape Coral

Many direct water access properties without bridges or locks to pass. Closest area to Fort Myers. To the East & South you have the Caloosahatchee River. Mixed neighborhood of older and newer homes.

Northwest cape coral

Newer beautiful and spacious homes. Lots of properties with open water access to Pine Island/Matlacha area and other Islands. Big waterfront community Burnt Store Marina. Seven Island project is in planing.

Northeast cape coral

Fast growing area of newer homes with short access to Fort Myers Downtown District and many shopping and dining opportunities. Less expensive than the South areas. Lakes & canals are freshwater.

FORT MYERS

The City of Fort Myers has some history with Edison + Ford and their summer quarters.  You will find gated communities in every price range incl golf communities. Two major shopping malls and plenty of dining choices. Fort Myers Beach is accessible by car and offers Marinas, Restaurants and Island shopping. Downtown Fort Myers has grown in popularity with its charming & historic places, High rise condos are the latest addition.

 

NAPLES / BONITA SPRINGS

Both cities are the creme del a creme. Everything is spotless and beautiful so prices for homes and condos come with a certain price tag.  Many gated communities offer golf memberships and other social activities. Downtown 5th Ave is a great place for excellent dining. Public beach access is possible at several locations. Bonita Springs has two major shopping/dining malls. 

SANIBEL ISLAND

Well known for its beautiful beaches and shells. The Island is accessible by boat or car over the Sanibel Causway bridge. Gulffront properties that don’t leave any wishes open. Small fine restaurants by the water and galleries make this a favorite tourist stop. To the North End is Captiva Island.

 

LEHIGH ACRES

A 6,000 acres community with affordable single-family homes, condominiums, apartments and golf course villas. A mix of retirees and working families. Located 12 miles east of Fort Myers, Lehigh Acres offers lakes, ponds, horse ranches and 170 miles of waterways, 30 miles west is the Gulf of Mexico.
